MEMORIAL PLAQUES

MHDOG has an ongoing fund raising program for selling memorial plaques for your loving pet(s) who have passed on. The plaques will be mounted on a special section of the fence at the dog park. They are a little bigger than a car license plate. They are made of metal and painted with your inscription.

The plaques can be purchased with text only for $75 or with text and graphic (shown to the right) for $100. The five graphics shown in the picture are the choices available. If you would like your pet to have a plaque at the Morgan Hill Off-Leash Dog Park please download the form below.
